Here are some of my poems and many other things that we do in English.

Prejudice

All around the world people get judged and bullied about their differences. But everyone is different. If you start bullying someone about any aspect about them, then it can cause a mental breakdown for them. So is it worth ruining someone’s life for moments were you feel big, and superior. Just calling them names can make them hate themselves. Even if they didn’t mind the way they were, they will always look at themselves in a bad way. It will make them become alienated, though they don’t have to be. They will keep to themselves, and lower their self-confidence, self-esteem and any actual faith in themselves.
The saying to be a complete person isn’t referring to people with all their limbs but to people with whole personality. You can’t bully people and be a complete person, because you only bully people if you have something wrong with yourself. To be a “complete person” you have to be happy with who you are. Or else our feelings will effect our perceptions. Our bad feelings will always get in the way, whether it is guilt, hate, jealousy or anger they will cloud our judgment. This is what makes us bully.
Really life is just like a movie; you will be liked or hated. You will not be seen or you will make a difference, go down in history.
It is not necessary to follow everyone else. If you’re different then you’re different. But to make different be special, you just have to stop following suit, step out of the crowd and show your true colours. Because that is what life is really about.

Shivaun 7.1

Drought

Creeping over the dry land like a serpent slithers
The sun beats down on the withered earth below
Trees throwing shadows on the splintered ground
Rivers parched of the major shortage of downpour

Whilst the blind have showers for hours on end
And the ignorant have colossal water fights
The poor and wise elsewhere suffer immensely
As they know the right thing may not be effortless

Sometimes it seems the sun smiles at our stupidity
As if it’s mocking, laughing, pointing down at us
I truly wonder if this is may be a test from our god
And if it is then I know we are going to fail badly

I wish so strongly that the world just realises what it is causing
What it is letting Mother Nature do
Letting it just pass on by, just one word
Death

The storm

The storm was brewing like an angry bull
Encouraging the sea to move as well
As the clouds turned grey the volume went full
The thunder roared loudly and the rain fell

The once calm sea pushed up frustrated waves
Forks of lightning put forward by the sky
The force of you is like the sharpest blades
Your sound your danger just can’t be passed by

You have to watch or at least just admire
How much force, how it’s in command
The strength, power, everlasting fire
But cower and worry bout its demand

When it’s over disappears does the pain
The sky, the sea returns to be the same

Joey

Now I’m going to write a poem about my bird
A bird how absurd
But your theme is on disasters of some
The story of Joey is really short

Well I bought him in a store
A store tell us more
He looked so small and innocent looking
BUT I say looks can be deceiving

I got home but what a noise he made
It was like a police raid
Sounds like a disaster
Precisely a natural disaster

C’mon his a bird not an irregular melon
He destroys all with a touch of his talon
Look I know his small, cute and blue
But his a disaster for me and you

He poos just about everywhere
Seriously over here over there
Eating my work and cornflakes
When doing so a mess it makes

But when I first bought the thing home
What he did where he began to roam
His famous place was on the door
My dog went nuts and rolled on the floor

As my dog is outside whilst Joey is inside
Even now my dog with him does not confide
He used to change the time on our clock
Of course after the dog he stopped to mock

So here and now I want to make clear
That this bird must be majorly feared
I know his cute and small and blue
But he is a disaster for me and you!
